Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, the client needs to give 24-hour notice or is charged 50% for the appointment. Clients that do not show up or provide advance notice of cancellation will be charged in full. There is a grace period for first time cancellations.

If a client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, they are charged for the appointment.
